One attendant is allowed per patient in the room after visiting hours (10.30 – 11.30 am and 5.00 – 7.00 pm). It is mandatory to carry the Attendant Pass issued at the time of admission. The attendant should vacate the room/ward when the patient is shifted to OT/ICU. The attendant may still retain the room, but in this case the patient will be charged for double occupancy (bed charge + OT/ICU charge). This however, is allowed subject to the availability of rooms. 

GUEST SERVICES 

Attendants and all other visitors can also buy meals and refreshments from our Café Corner (Basement-1), open from 8:30 am to 10 pm every day. Food Corner offers hygienic and tasty local and continental cuisine, including soups, salads, snacks, ice-creams, rice, curry, cocktails, Tea Coffee and fresh juices. The Cafe has set menu facilities for guests to choose from. Also, guests can avail light meals and refreshments. Our coffee corner situated in the basement-1 beside prayer room to cater to guests. 

ENTERTAINMENT 

Single private/ Single deluxe/suite rooms are provided with television with cable TC connections. The semi-private and standard ward patients share common TV connection. There is a choice of programs in various channels. 

NEWSPAPERS & MAGAZINES 

Newspapers are supplied to all rooms and wards (if anyone demands). We have also made arrangements to keep some commonly read magazines in all the beds. Please call the house keeping department or the nurse in-charge in case you need this service. 

CONCIERGE SERVICES 

Caring for our guests’ needs is part of our commitment. To meet this commitment, we offer you with the following concierge services: 

Business Center 

We do not have a dedicated business center in this hospital. However, if requested, we can organize services for phone calls from your room on a nominal payment. Please contact the house keeping department or the nurse in-charge of your floor to avail these services between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on all working days. 

Other Concierge Service 

While you stay in the hospital, you or your attendant might sometimes need services which are not available within the hospital premises. 

Religious & Spiritual Service 

The religious and spiritual services can be organized on request. We have prayer room for male but for female please contact the nurse in-charge for the same. 

Interpreter Service: Facilities are available for interpreter service on request.
